Here at Bishopsgate we have been doing lots of things to ensure the safety of both our lovely guests and our dedicated staff.

Our cleaning regime is both more frequent and more thorough and we are using products that kill 99.9% of bacteria.

There is a sneeze screen on reception and a full risk assessment has been carried out.

There are several stations throughout the hotel with sanitising hand gel, and please don’t be alarmed if staff are wearing face shields.

All we ask of you is please respect social distancing in order for all guests to feel safe.

We were delighted when we were able to welcome guests back to the hotel and from 3rd August 2020 our Rosette awarded restaurant will be open to non-residents too.

We do take social distancing very seriously and feel we all have to do ‘our bit’ to prevent the spread of covid 19.  For us, like many other restaurants we will not be able to operate with full capacity, therefore can no longer keep tables available for residents who are undecided if they wish to dine in the hotel during their stay.  It is imperative with limited capacity and the popularity of a staycation holiday you book your table in advance and are prepared to be flexible with the time you wish to dine.
