Bishopsgate Restaurant
Food is an essential part of your stay at Bishopsgate. In our AA Rosette
awarded restaurant, all meals are freshly prepared by our Chef, using local produce wherever possible.
Two
menus provide a wide choice, including fresh local fish, succulent Welsh
Lamb, Welsh Black Beef and crispy roasted Duckling. The number of
local people, who regularly use the restaurant, bear witness to the quality
and value for money provided.

Loin of Lamb
served on crushed chive new potatoes
finished with a port & redcurrant jus
Fillet of Fresh Local Sea Bass
with braised leeks & a cherry tomato, tarragon & lime sauce
8oz Fillet Steak of Welsh Black Beef
with a garlic, lemon, pate & brandy cream sauce
topped with spicy parsnip crisps
Gressingham Duck Braest
served with a tangy orange & Grandmarnier sauce
