AA Rosette Awarded Restaurant

Food is an essential part of your stay at Bishopsgate.

In our AA Rosette awarded restaurant, all meals are freshly prepared by our Chefs, using local produce wherever possible.

Two menus provide a wide choice, including fresh local Fish, succulent Welsh Lamb, Welsh Beef and Gressingham Duck.

The number of local people, who regularly use the restaurant, bear witness to the quality and value for money provided.

Some examples of dishes regularly on our menus:

  • Welsh Lamb Rump - Roasted and served with Moroccan Spiced Potatoes and Mint & Onion Jus
  • Pork Tenderloin - Pan Roasted Fillet of Pork with a Conwy Mustard and Sloe Gin Cream Sauce, served with Crushed New Potatoes
  • Hake and Smoked Salmon Parcel - Wrapped in Filo Pastry with Mascarpone Cheese, served with Lemon Beurre Blanc and Garlic and Herb Roasted New Potatoes 

We always have a good selection of home-made desserts & Welsh cheeses.
